Sunday the 31st of March was our Fellowship's performance: Hobbit Tales and Songs from the Shire. Hosted by Gaythorne Bowls Club. And as always, this event supported our nominated Charity, The Pyjama Foundation.
The presentation included sing-a-longs of Hobbit/Middle-earth songs to popular and well known tunes. Encouraging audience members to join in with trivia, group reading, dancing and songs.
The event also featured: poems by Peter Kenny, one of which (Dreams of Another Land) was sung by Gemma Styles, Mace Aragorn's live painting of the Buckleberry Ferry, live guitar music by Trent Sheather,
beautiful elven themed jewelry donated for the raffle, special door prizes, The Hobbit Hole photo booth and much more!
A big thankyou to everyone involved in this event, volunteer, performer, or audience participant. We hope to do more events like this one in the near future.
